Written cancellation notice must be sent through WA or email to (0819) 0811 1122 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org Choices and prices of products at Petals Florist may vary due to the availability of flowers/vases/materials and/or due to the increase of flowers’/vases’/materials’ prices during the festive seasons. Petals Florist has the right to adjust the selling price of it’s products accordingly. Same day delivery is normally possible for orders received before 12 noon (WIB) on the requested delivery date (with exclusion on busy festive seasons such as Idul Fitri, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentine’s Day). Petals Florist has the right to change the color and/or type of flowers, vase and accessories according to the available stock of flowers, vase and accessories and the replacement product provided will be of equal/similar value.
